Cancellation and refund
The customer can cancel the product at any point of the transaction. However the refund depends on the following conditions:
- If the cancellation has taken place before shipping, the entire amount paid by the customer for the purchase would be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
- If the cancellation has taken place after shipping of the product the refund amount would be decided by Savorbee depending on the shelf life, usability of the product and the costs incurred by the company. No minimum guarantees on refund is given to the customer.
Returns and Exchange conditions:
savorbee.com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met.
- 95% of the entire content of the item should be intact ( Ex: If 500 grams of sweet is delivered, not less than 475 grams would be accepted under Return or Exchange policy)
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Limitation on refund amount for courier charges:
The customer needs to instant return the product or within 1 day of receipt. In case of instant return Savorbee offers reverse pickup of the items. In case of retun on the next day the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself. Also, we request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip to care@Savorbee.com and Savorbee will refund the amount. Savorbee will refund the courier slip amount or INR 120 per kg, whichever is less. Customers, please ensure that you do not end up paying more than INR 120 per kg for items being returned.
